If it’s Federal Financial Aid (like Pell grants or stafford loans) & the school you transfer to allows Federal Financial Aid, then yes. If you completed your FAFSA online, you can edit it to add the other school to your list of schools & they’ll receive an ISIR. Also, most schools could pull up your ISIR if you have your DRN #.

Financial aid awarded is given based on the school you applied to. If you transfer, you should be able to transfer your aid status if it is a federal student loan. If it was aide from that particular university it will not transfer. Check with the new school’s financial aid office and they should be able to answer all of those questions and provide you with the proper paperwork to fill out for aid transfer. I hope this helps! The financial aid itself is not transferable. If you want to transfer schools within the same school year. It would be 07-08 school year. You want to go to your fafsa and click the link to correct your SAR. Then add your new school’s code. They will send the SAR to the school in which you are transferring to. The school should contact you and request that you submit some other information. After that just wait for your Financial Aid Award Letter.

If it was a federal grant, or a stafford loan, yes. If it was a school specific loan you will need to re-apply at your new school. You should re-apply in any case, since many schools have financial aid available and may have additional programs you qualify for.
Look particularly for grants, as you do not have to pay those back vs. loans that you do.

Yes, you will have to let the financial aid office know that you changed schools though ASAP. Otherwise they will send your money to the school that you filled on your FAFSA. In either case, you have to renew your FAFSA every year, so it all depends on the info you gave them.

yes you are still qualified. transferring schools is just that transferring- but you will need to transfer over the finanicial aid for the school that you will be attending.
