Write please each possible education level one may complete in academic life.?
Favorite Answer
Associate’s degree – two year degree (about 60 hours of course work) completed at community college or Junior college; degrees earned can include Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree
Bachelor’s degree – four year degree (124+ hours of coursework) completed at college or university; degrees earned include Bachelor Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE), etc. You pick a major that falls within one of those categories of degrees. Example: Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Master’s degree – completed AFTER the Bachelor’s degree; can take a couple of years to complete depending upon the degree (30+ hours of coursework); degrees earned include Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MS), Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), etc.
Doctorate degree – 90 hours or more but includes 30 hours from master’s degree (or at least mine did); a Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) and Ed.D (Doctor of Education) are two examples. There are also the Jurist degrees for lawyers and MDs for “real” doctors. These degrees are referred to as terminal degrees because there’s nothing higher; there are some master’s degrees that are also considered this – I think a Master of Fine Arts might be one of those.
Post-graduate refers to the courses or work people who have finished their doctorates complete.
There are more examples in some of the categories, but that’s all I can think of for now.
*Post graduate is the study you go into after getting your Doctorate
*Master is what you get after your Bachelors
*Doctorate comes after your Masters
Length of education depends on if you are full time or part time
high school graduate = a little money
(undergraduate) bachelor’s degree = some money
(graduate, post graduate) master’s degree = good money
Doctor/Doctorate = a lot of money and a BMW
Good Luck.
