It depends on two things, your state requirements and your specific school. Various classes are going to be weighted differently as well. The best thing you can do is talk to your principal or your counselor.46

It was 24 in Texas until this year. Now if you are an entering freshman or younger, you must take math and science your senior year so it’s 26.
I saw this on the news last night.
I’m glad I graduated before that rule was made.

Usually its something like this
4 years English
4 years history/Government
3 years Science
3 years Math
half a year of health
4 yeards of Gym/Physical Education
1 year of art/music
1 year of language
Then possible some electives to get enough credits

In Utah you need 27.
4 english and 2 science and 2 math and 2 social studies.
Also .5 money works and .5 health.
1.5 for art and music, 1 for technology (shop counts).
The rest are electives.

it is diffrent for all schools. they count it diffrently. for our school its like 240 credits but each semester is 5 credits, if you know whati mean.
