I’ve interviewed thousands of people. I always ask this question. You would not believe how many people tell you really bad things about themselves.
The key to answering the question is to be positive on both the good points and the negative.
As an example. If you love dogs you could say. I’m an animal lover, and I do work to help them… On the negative side you could say I give them too many treats because I cannot say no.
Above all in all interviews be positive, even when talking about faults or issues.
