Get a copy of Walston’s Guide to Christian Distance Learning or Baker’s Guide to Christian Distance Education.
By residential classes, in the entire state of North Carolina, one can earn the MDiv at Duke University (Durham), Gardner-Webb University (Boiling Springs), Hood Theological Seminary (Salisbury), Reformed Theological Seminary (Charlotte), Shaw University (Raleigh), or Wake Forest University (Winston-Salem).

I Live North of Charlotte about an hour, but my Mother lives in Charlotte. Try checking out CPCC or the University of Charlotte. I am sure either Place can help you out or set you on the correct path. Charlottes a Big City, and alot of nice places to visit and shop. Be sure and get you an apartment or house in a “Safe” neighborhood. Like all places you have your Good and your bad..

Depends on what kind of degree you want. I encourage you *not* to pursue an online degree.
In North Carolina, Duke University is probably the best program going. Durham is up the road a ways from Charlotte, though, so you’d probably need to commute for the week.

There’s Regent University in Virginia beach, which is probably further than you wanted to travel.
