What would happen if I applied at a first time student but I have attended college elsewhere?
I don’t have a gpa and I was once told by a university to apply as a first time student because of my gpa.

Ask the university admissions office- it’s their job to tell you. I would think that you would apply as a first time student, but you should always be honest when applying and disclose any previous study. Good luck….
