USF Manatee?
My friend goes to University of South Florida’s Manatee/Sarasota commuter campus. Their main residential campus is in Tampa. He argues with me until he’s blue in the face that “it’s the same thing.” Is it?

it’s the same institution, the USF, but it’s not the same physical location. And there are certainly differences between a residential university experience and a commuter university experience. so it depends on what you’re talking about. but i’ll bet he’s defensive about the commuter campus being 2nd class, so don’t press the issue, i would say.
no, it’s not 2nd class, i just think he might be defensive about that.

First it is USF, so it is a mediocre school in the first place. There probably isn’t much difference between the quality of education at the commuter campus and the residential campus.
