From what I understand, Rose-Hulman is an “undiscovered gem.” They absolutely offer 4-year courses, almost all of them in engineering, some in pure science (such as chemistry). There are also humanities classes you can take.

Similar schools: MIT (but much, much harder to get into), RPI (Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute), RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology), WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute), . . . these are all 4-year schools whose main focus is awarding degrees in the sciences.
