I’m black but do not want to join a historically black sorority. What is a good sorority for me?
Also, I’m at the university of georgia, so I would only like to know about the ones with chapters here.

i dont know about your university, but there are other sororities such as the mainstream ones which are like the typical sororities you think of when u think of greek life, but a good choice for you might be a multi-cultural sorority. there are several in the country but im not sure any on your campus. just do some research and see whats available on your campus. if u find a sorority you like thats not on your campus you can always start a new chapter and bring them to your school.

The best way to determine what sorority is the best one for you is to go through Formal Membership Recruitment. You will get to visit every Panhellenic sorority on campus and meet the women who are members there. Each day, you go to fewer houses until you choose the one that you want to join. If you know a woman in a sorority, ask her about it, and she will be able to give you some more information.
