I am going for my executive MBA this fall. I chose this program because I am a seasoned professional and you can use the things you learn in class at your job on Monday. Most executive programs are on the weekends, so if you have the ability to do it, I would go for the Executive. The regular MBA consists of a lot of students right out of college. So you should also take that into consideration. As far as a career chang, you should consider things like a health consultant for a major company. Or something like Director of Health and Wellness. That way you will be able to use the knowledge you have and apply some business savy also.
