Behavioral Sciences vs. Social Sciences?

In simple terms what is the difference between classes in behavioral sciences vs. classes in social sciences? Can you give me some examples of behavioral science college classes?

Behavioral sciences looks at what we know about how people behave and what we know about how to affect that behavior.. Social Sciences look at how we fit into the whole of society and how society affects the individual.

Pavlov started the Behaviors Sciences thing. It’s use in smoking adversion, dieting, alcholoism. It’s pro-active and observable methology.

Socials Sciences just studies the interaction of people and places.

Psychology IS a social science, what your probably refering to is a sociology degree(which is a social science as well). Psychologist study the processes relating to the brain. More of a physiological science, sociologists study how societies work. Both study social interaction on small and large scale. And Economics, Anthropology, etc… are part of sociology.

Behavioral science includes Psychology, and studies the mental processes of people.

Social science includes Sociology and studies the actions of people in a social setting.
