Ok here is what you should do..

First you are not dumb. You did not pay attention to your classes and the result is low GPA. Now if you want to better your life, do this and you will have a successful life

Students who mess up their grades in High school, community college is their another golden chance to start fresh. You don’t need SAT or essay to get in. Now remember, this is your last chance to improve your life. You don’t need a lot of money to go to a community college. Go any any near by community college. Complete an application and make an appointment with a counselor. Meet with the counselor. Get the list of courses you need. Then go to Financial aid office. Complete that application. If you don’t know how to complete that application, get help from someone in the office. You should be able to get in to community college. After two years, transfer out to a University.

If you have nay more question, e-mail me. I will be happy to guide you.

Just remember, study hard in community college. or else you will end up in a low paying job

an approach that many people in your situation take is to go to a Community college for two years or so, do well there and then transfer the credits that you receive there to a larger, more prestigious public or private for year University to get your degree. Not only are community colleges LESS EXPENSIVE, but they usually offer classes that are at an easier level to start at than most bigger universities. Therefore, not only would it be easier for you to do well there, but getting good grades at a community college would prove to UH that you are a good student worthy of being admitted, (unlike your high schools transcripts, which, unless you REALLY step it up, will not). As far as money is concerned, I am sure that financial aid will be available to you at a larger university. Good luck!

i ought to disagree with yet another guy or woman’s previous answer. i grew to become into time-honored right into a school partly through fact I had different hours of community provider and my club involvement. My chum who has a more suitable gpa than me, the comparable try scores, a straightforward style of community provider hours, and easily a million or 2 extracurriculars grew to become into denied. the colleges desire to work out which you’re committed to a small style of activities no longer one or 2 years of distinctive activities. SAT and ACT scores matter completely on the college you’re making use of to and activities are actually not unavoidably significant to them except you intend on enjoying a game on the collegiate point. training you ought to attempt to take are honors, twin enrollment, and AP. regardless of you do do no longer overload your self yet do no longer slack off your senior 3 hundred and sixty 5 days the two. i grew to become into time-honored into each and every college I utilized to which comprise college of Florida, Ohio State college, Auburn college, and Indiana college between others. My try scores have been: SAT 1320 ACT 29 My GPA: 3.8 unweighted 4.3 weighted My comm. Serv.: 500 hours My golf equipment: 8 over 4 years which comprise sophistication president my junior and senior 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. desire this enables a sprint.

i don’t know what UH stands for, but i really don’t think you should worry. if it’s a prestigious school, you probably won’t get in. however, the school you go to for your undergraduate degree doesn’t matter that much — what matters is what school you go to for graduate school. just go to a state school, do great at it, and you can get into a decent school for your graduate degree.
