Yes, talk to her privately. Find out what about your behavior she finds inappropriate. Or, have your parents call. Rather than defending you, they should find out what the problem is from the teacher’s point of view. Hopefully, this can be resolved.

If your parents feel that this situation cannot be resolved, then they should get your schedule changed. Unless there is a specific reason – like there are no other science teacher – your school should accommodate them.

I don’t think it is a good idea to have students 2 years in a row. Whenever I have switched grades, it comes up, and I don’t even think it is a good idea for the students who did well. Let them experience another teacher’s style.

I don’t know if you’re in college or high school but seriously I’d go straight to the principal and if that doesn’t work get mom or dad or aunt or uncle to walk in and back you up.

It really sounds to me that this issue will definately reflect your grades and it’s not right because you’re asking questions and not being given answers! That is not an education!

I’d also suggest having another student of the class back you up on this.

You have to make it perfectly clear to someone in a higher position than her that your concern is not only unfair treatment but how your grades will be affected by it.

If you don’t want to go to a principal go to another teacher and keep it up until you find someone to help you.

You need to be transferred out of her class. That will only happen if you voice the situation.

I would talk to her first, and then talk to your parents about it. Sometimes teachers will listen to parents more than students. If the problem continues, you may want to see if you can switch teachers.
