I loved it. You have love kids and be on your toes at all times though. To me, the director makes or breaks a center. They have to be actively involved in the center. I would still be doing it if the pay weren’t so bad. Around here $8/hour is a lot.

Pros: seeing how much they developed through the year, how much they love you, some of the things they say (FUNNY!), decorating your room….
Cons: parents who baby them and ruin everything that you taught, beginning of the year crying, vomitting, and accidents.

i think this will be a really big mess, but, of course to deal with those kids, you must know how to deal with them. like understand what they need, be patient…………
