It’s the general lowering of standards regarding speech nowadays. If you watch any TV, words I wouldn’t say as a kid are commonplace even on “G” rated shows. If you don’t have a teachers union, then you worry about being sued. I belonged to my teachers union and my standard answer to a kid saying he/she was going to sue me (when I was in a bad mood) “was go ahead. I have 2 million dollars liability insurance, & free lawyers. It’s going to cost you $150 an hour for your lawyer and 2 years in court.” Then I’d hand him/her my cell phone and tell the student to phone his/her lawyer. They backed off and kept quiet. So did the rest of the students.

I would like to answer your question to the best of my ability..so here it goes. Weather people know it or not, our Government has the lowest standards for teaching our children. Thier belief is that if you keep the public in the dark, keep them stupid, uneducated, and complasent, then THEY will always have rule with no questions. Crime is what runs this country and the more criminals we have the more money can be allocated to agencies to waist money and filter money off the top to run covert operation black projects. AREA 51 is an example of that. If all children and teenagers were picture perfect they would become a national threat to the Government because of thier intelligence. How to control the masses through media, television, schooling, propaganda, and fear tactics. If you do the research you will find that the U.S. is headed for a civil war. Once they implant people with ” The VERI – CHIP ” Digital Solutions made the chip then they will be able to control you, and watch you, and exterminate you at will Via satellite tracking systems via a code in the bio chip. They already have the chip in people and are testing it for wide spread use. Today, good is bad and bad is good. Our country is failing and everyone knows it. The student, for some odd reason, is treated as a customer, who can discard the benefits of an education, if they wish.

Too bad the parents aren’t consulted on this question of throwing away a tax-supported opportunity. I would call this a major failure of school administration. Achieving discipline without punishments based on fear is difficult, so many schools do not tell teachers how to do this. It can make one wonder, “Do the inmates run the asylum?”

are u kidding, the kids i see to day that swear get the police called and fined 50.00 every time and supended for three days. I dont know where u have been but there is no tolerance where I am.

I think people are scared to death of being sued, and students know it.

It’s really unfortunate, especially for the people who are actually trying to learn something.

while governments kill human beings it incredibly is not homicide, because of the fact homicide is a criminal be conscious, and governments make the regulation defining homicide as something that they don’t do. while they kill human beings it incredibly is militia action, implementing the regulation, collateral harm etc.
