If you are a good and caring person you probably will get hired eventually. I always tell people going into the profession to be patient and keep trying even when you feel like you are never going to be hired. It will prbably be tough but if it is what you really want to do you will get hired. Just keep trying and dont give up. It took me only 2 years to get hired but I know people who have been applying for jobs for 4 years now and still dont have a job. Even without having a criminal background.
