What PSAT study books do you recommend? Also, what book for the SAT?

I’m a sophomore in high school who is very determined to do well in the PSAT and the SAT. I just wanted to know the best books/study guides available for the PSAT and SAT preparations. Please tell me which ones are good and whether you were able to get good SAT/PSAT scores with the book.

By the way, it would be appriciated if you are detailed. Thank you.

collegeboard has their own study guide which is pretty good, it’s $25. i did pretty well on the sat in 9th grade after using this book. also, try the Kaplan CDs. they’re quite expensive, but they include prep for the SAT PSAT and ACT. hope this helps =]

hi Tish, using fact that there’s no good PSAT learn e book, the coolest SAT learn handbook (aka the Blue e book) is the superb source obtainable. you additionally can use SAT prep books. in simple terms pass the sections on the Essay and on Algebra II—each and every thing else is roofed on the two tests. sturdy good fortune!

I would just use the book that the College Board recommends for the SAT and use that book to study for both. Also, here is a helpful link:
