You can’t get any money from it. Pretty much all it is, is a certificate.
You can use it on a college resume, but most college’s don’t use AP scores in decision making, so it really is just an award that means very little

Congratulations. I was an AP Scholar with distinction. Not many people are AP scholars, and its one of those very special things than you can put on a college application. Think about it this way: take your SAT score, and add about 275 points to it. The AP Scholar really, REALLY looks great on a college application.
