Yes you can, but your chances of getting in are less if you don’t have your O Levels.

No. A-tiers are the equivalent individuals intense college commencement. you would be able to desire to have A-tiers to prepare for college baccalaureate classes. for suited universities like those you point out, you would be able to desire to have ultimate grades, try rankings, achievements, etc. and you & your mothers and fathers need an exceedingly great deal of money. those are fairly aggressive colleges, and fairly high priced ones.
