in order to be able to physically speak you must be able tio hear the words to know how they are pronouced and how they are used each day. its like that in any language.. in english take the word “read” for example.. i read (“red”) that book….i will read (“reed”) it eventually.. and so forth. and listening is the other half of interaction.. if i can’t listen to what my counterpart has to say then i am not able to engage in conversation.. ergo, i cannot further strengthen my social abilities nor my knowledge. nothing in life works half a$$, so to speak. listening and speaking are 100% together

Because thoughts must be expressed by actions. Just by listening, is not enough. Practise speaking is like realizing what you’ve learnt. Understanding the language, includes expressing of thoughts, through verbalization.
