how would you start an effective eco club in a high school?
Favorite Answer
In order to have any club a teacher sponsor is needed. There are probably one to five economics teachers in your school and other teachers who are interested in economics or some aspect of it. You need to recruit students which can be done through classes, an article in the school newspaper and parent bulletin, public address announcements and personal contact.
Making it effective infers that the items discussed in the club have to have meaning and relevance to the members. There should be an agenda committee that will poll students as to the activities that they would like. The teacher sponsor of course will also have input.
Good luck from a former High School economic teacher.
