It looks as though “Joy” is the only emotion cited. So, “Pleased as Punch”. “Happy as a lark”.

Similes have like or as in the comparison. The two emotions with similes are “joy shakes me like the wind” and “floods me like the sun”. Are you replacing them or identifying them?
