I saw it once years ago and I cried and cried. I felt really down for quite a while. I never watch movies, now, that have any animals getting hurt. It kind of breaks my heart. I try instead to watch movies such as “Good Boy” which was out about 3 years back. It was VERY funny and also perfectly captured the relationships between we who love our pets so deeply. It asked the question, “who is leading who”? and, what kind of world would it be without dogs in it? As for me; I can’t even imagine. Love that movie! Sorry for Old Yeller, too sad and hard for me. I cry enough over all the dogs I’ve lost already.

We got Rabies by a mad wolf and Rabies will make a dog some times Be Agrresive! So Travis (Travis Yeller s owner)

Old Yeller was owned by a 15 year old boy named Kirk, but then while fighting off a mad wolf got rabies and behaved so viciously that Kirk was forced to shoot him.

The dog got rabies and the boy who loved him was forced to shoot the dog dead. very sad
