Sorry, but you need to do a little more work on your English before you apply for something as sensitive as a call centre.
You asked for tips?
It’s centre, not centr.
You should say, “I have graduated” not I am graduate
you don’t say ‘well in English’ but “I speak English well.”

In a word, no. I have had many occasions to speak to call centers where the level of English was so poor that I could not make myself understood. I’m a former English teacher with certification in TOEFL and I consider myself experienced in speaking English to someone whose first language is not English. Judging by your question, you are not ready to work in an area where fluent English is required. Your grasp of English grammar and idioms is substandard.
Please continue your English studies. You appear to know quite a bit of English vocabulary and just need to work on your grammar and phraseology.
