What’s the difference between a court decision and court resolution?
hey guys, i’ve noticed that the ruling part in jurisprudence usually is headed either by “decision” or “resolution” and that the archives section of supreme court jurisprudence is divided into decisions and resolutions too. it seems like those two words are different, but i don’t know why that’s so… it’s confusing. please help me distinguish them. thanks!
