ok, im a guy and i was wearing a muscule shirt for gym, and this kid said. “sun comes out, guns comes out” what does this mean???

when he said “guns”, he was referring to your biceps. If he were to say what he meant clearly, it would something like this:
When it gets sunny out, people wear clothing that reveals more of their bodies, especially big arm muscles.
It was a weird thing to say, he’s probably just a big dork :o)
