Do these words make sense?

My friend and I are working together on a Christian Ethics Assignment. we are supposed to make up 8 Beatitudes that aren’t in the bible. We were trying to make ours original, so we came up with a theme, and it is “V”. I was just wondering if these make sense.

1. Be valiant

2. Be Valuable (“don’t compromise yourself for other people” type thing)

3. Be venturous

4. Be Volitional

5. Be Vivacious

6. Be Veracious

7. Be Very helpful

8. Be You

If you have any other suggestions for any of them, please let me know. And thanks!

Um, ok… they make sense. But a number of them don’t exactly fall under the category of Christian ethics (at least #3, #5, and #8). Honestly, I’d recommend not trying to be clever with alliteration and aim more for thinking of Christian themes that are described elsewhere in the Bible than the Sermon on the Mount.
