Is there a word that has three sets of consecutive consonants with no interrupting letters?

For instance, “Mississippi” does not qualify because of the the “i”s. “Committee” is close but disqualified for the “i” as well.

Committee is disqualified because ‘e’ is a vowel, not a consonant. If you mean “three consecutive sets of double letters”, yes. “Bookkeeper” qualifies. If you mean “three consecutive sets of double consonants”, I can’t think of any.

i have heard that bookkeeper is the only word in the English language with three sets of letters in a row (notice not all 3 are consonants because “e” and “o” are vowels), so i presume there is none. if there is, it would be an obscure word that’s probably Latin in origin.

If the bookkeeper has an assistant, he’d be a subbookkeeper.
