I think your sentences need more elaboration, since tagalog is a very complicated language and it has many meanings attached to just one word…

i’m filipino. you can use these expressions.

*how do you want me to call you?

• paano mo kita gustong tawagin?

but here’s a better way to ask.

• anong gusto mong itawag ko sa yo?

this means “what do you want me to call you?”

*how should i call you?

• paano kita tatawagin?

* can i call you (name)?

• puwede ba kitang tawaging (name)?

*i don’t wanna be called (name). just call me (name2) instead.

• ayokong matawag na (name). (name2) na lang ang itawag mo sa akin.
