I have to write a resume and want to know whether it makes sense that I write.
2years experience.
or experience of 2years?

Well, if you say… ” I have two years experience with (raising poodles)”, instead of ” I have the experience of 2 years of (raising poodles)”
To me, the first one seems better.
For one thing, it just seems to flow better. And it seems like you are demonstrating experience with an actual skill, while in the second version it seems like you are demonstrating that you had a good 2 year experience in which you happened to be raising poodles. The first one just seems more relevant and flows better, to me.
