The hardest classes your school offers. Particularly in the sciences. If you have AP or IB courses, take them.
High school grades generally don’t matter much when going into the medical field. For advanced degrees like being a doctor, you still have to go to undergrad and they’re looking at the grades there. Not your high school ones. Not so high positions like an assistant and the schools will take nearly everyone.

What would really help would be to take classes that you can receive college credits for like the basic academics, Anatomy and Physiology would really help. It is not easy taken as a college course.

Academic classes. Talk to your guidance counselor when choosing. You will need 2 years of a language, science with labs, advanced math, advanced science.
