The two Universities are SUNY Albany and SUNY Binghamton.

I know Binghamton offers a better education is is ranked 82 by US News and World Report. However I could only Major in Biology. And there is no scholarship available to me. It does have an Honors Biology Clubs.

At SUNY Albany I can major in Biology, minor in either or both Bioethics and Chemistry. I also can get a scholarship(admissions lady say everyone who meets the req gets it and my family is not rich at all). They will take WAY more AP credits. As in all possible 56 of them. (Calc Phys, Chem, Bio, Us Gov, US hist, Euro Hist). I will need to retake the intro bio classes though. Can get into Honors College.

So which is a better idea. I know i ultimatly choose and i will but what seems like the better idea.
