Your chances are not good. You may be able to get in on a probationary status. It will really depend on your program.

Many graduate programs have a policy of looking at the cumulative GPA of your last 30-60 credits instead of your overall GPA. Calculate the GPA of your last 60 credits and then check with the schools/programs you are interested in to see if they have this policy. I have worked at a couple of universities and have applied for graduate programs at a few more, so I have seen this policy quite often.
