9% of freshman they accepted had a GPA between 3.0 and a 3.24, so there is a chance. Your PSAT score may not directly reflect what your SAT score may be. I suggest working very hard the next year and try to bring your GPA up to a 3.5, it will greatly help you chances. Also work hard on studying for the SAT.
If you work a little hard the next year, then you should have just a good of chance as other applicants to get accepted.
