Rosetta stone language help?

I am in college and I just started taking German. I took some French when I was in high school, but figured I would like German more now that I’m in college. It is so hard to keep up with the class though (seeing that most of the people have already taken some sort of German class). I’ve looked into the Rosetta stone program before, but it was crazy exspensive, but it seems like the prices have come down a bit. I was just wondering how many people would suggest using it. Its not like I’m trying to learn a language totally on my own, I still have the classes, but I just feel like I need a little something extra to get me through my next 4 semesters of German.

I teach English and we have several copies (in English of course) for our students. I also use the Spanish (3rd level) one at home. It’s not as good as having a live teacher but it’s probably the best self-taught program I’ve found so far.

I say Russian, seeing that that is what I’m studying and I am in the beginning French and I most effective recognize English and studying Spanish. But Russian is an overly intriguing language. Oh and I recognize a bit of little bit of Italian, it is an convenient language to study.
