let them ask for as much dowry as they like but why r u willing to buy a husband find someone who will respect u and ur family not ask for money because they are an engineer or doctor you know if a rickshaw driver asked for dowrny id say ok give him dowry because the poor guy needs some money but an engineer or doctor has an earning capacity and do not require money forget where ppl live there r good and bad every where it is illegal to give or receive dowry so anyone caught dong so will be prosecuted 1st dowry then whay do girls really have so little self respect that they wud be willing to marry a boy who demands dowry as for men asking for dowry do u really want to marry a man who will take ur fathers money then mistreat u jeez he is already indicating what an azz he is by asking for dowry or letting his parents ask for dowry so u can see things can onlly get worse from there
