is there a college i can go where i can obtain all the pt prerequisites (biology, chem, etc) and go straight into the pt program? or are the pt schools strictly pt schools?

While many PT schools (which are usually housed at major universities that offer many different types of degrees) give priority to students who complete their undergraduate work there, enrollment IS open to those who complete most of the prerequisites at another institution or who complete their associates at community college and then finish their undergraduate degree at the university level.

What can be difficult, is that many schools are very particular about their prerequisite courses and their undergraduate school prepares them for those specific requirements. If the scope of a particular class does not meet the needs of the PT program, you would not be accepted. For instance, a college of mine was not accepted at our institution because he had “developmental psychology” and not “lifespan psychology.” He was eventually accepted, but at another institution.
