Cal state long beach is it a good school? please help i just applied .?
I applied to Cal state long beach, Does anyone know if it is a good school. I applied as a upper division student for transfer in spring 2008. Plus do you guys think transfering in the spring is still good than the fall.

I loved CSULB! Its a really pretty campus, especially the blooming cherry trees and water fountains! Sitting outside on the lawn for a lunch break was my favorite thing to do.
The classes were generally good, I liked most of my teachers, and I found the facilities and administrative staff great and helpful. The only thing is that the parking sucks because the permit is expensive and they are very good at ticketing your car if you do not have a permit – they never miss an opportunity to make money off of parking tickets.

I don’t think it’s in the best area or the prettiest campus, but if you’re not concerned with that, then Spring is as good a time to start as any.
It’s a decent school. Just get really good grades and you’ll be fine!
