is it better for me to get my bachelors degree in juvenile justice?

i wanted to know if it makes a big difference if i just get the associates and start my career with just my associates or is it necessary to have the bachelors degree? would i get paid more for having the bachelors degree in juvenile justice or would it be the same amount if i just stick with associates degree? please help me with this ! thank you so so so much.

Get an associate degree and get a job. If the job is not fulfilling or challenging enough… continue schooling and earn that bachelors.

simply wanting to teach
i would get the bachelor’s cuz u might be offered more of a variety of jobs. i don’t know about the pay but i know some jobs require a hire degree though.
