in your dreams, maybe.

you can possibly get scholarships that pay the full cost, but those are really really hard to get.

The United States is made up of many different states and the “rules” can be different from state to state.

In the state where I live students who graduate with very good grades from a state approved high school are often given “scholarships” to state colleges or university for their freshman year.

If they make good grades at that institution the scholarship is renewed. These scholarships cover tuition only. They do not cover room and board nor books.

You may have heard of rumors of this. As a foreign student you would not be eligible for this type of scholarship. In my state you would even be required to pay “out of state” tuition because your parents are not taxpayers here.

You might be eligible for some type other type financial aid.

No, but some people who do very well in high school academically or in sports (sometimes even financial need) can get scholarships that help pay for the university.

There is no free university in America. You pay per course or per semester for tuition. Textbooks are per course and there are many other costs that are involved in university.here is free university in Europe.

Good luck in finding a good university.

if you stay longer than 1 year in most state, you will be consider a state resident, so when you apply for college, your tuition will be cheaper than an out-of-state student. that’s if you are applying a public university. most private universities don’t care if you are state resident or not, the tuitions are the same, and high.

Free tuition does happen sometimes (due to state schools, athletics, academic excellence, etc), but it’s pretty infrequent. It gets expensive easily, but you take out loans to pay for it in the hopes that your education will land you a high paying job, so you will be able to pay it back easily.

in basic terms specific issues would desire to be unfastened, mutually with as quickly as a twelve months actual checks, as quickly as a twelve months dental examination and unfastened first semester at city and state universities or community faculties. that’s just to get human beings all started. After that, people who’ve the money would desire to unquestionably pay for well-being and better training amenities. for people who fall short would desire to in basic terms obtain what they’d desire to disguise approved college and well-being expenses — no longer something extra, no longer something much less.
