There are some programs that have a pre-med-direct-to-med school option where you can do the whole shebang (except the residency, of course) in seven or even six years; I think Boston University and Brown have them, but you’d have to check into that. There are also a very few med schools that will take you without a bachelor’s degree. However (at least in the US) there is no medical school that will take you without your having at least completed the undergraduate requirements for med school, and most of them will not take you without the undergraduate degree.
You do not need to have 4 years of college in order to go to medical school. You can just take the required classes in order to apply for medical school. You should check with your medical school for that, because some schools have different requirements. If you do have a B.A or B.S you do get more of a chance to get accepted into medical school, but you have to keep in mind your grades, volunteer work, and also the interview, and the MCAT results. Good Luck 🙂
Feel free to practice on your stuffed animals in the meantime.
