If Mcat score is passing, can anyone get into medical school without having majored in the science field?

Your role after medical school might vary by your earlier education (chemists and biologists might become researchers; managers might become hospital administrators; M.D.s with undergraduate work in communication might become Family Practicioners, etc.)
It will also go better if the particular medical school believes that either you or your parents might become a great financial contributor (funding a building with your family name, etc.) If your parents are not wealthy, you should convince the school that you want to build a hospital and somehow name it after the school, or build a new medical complex on the school’s campus. That way, you don’t even have to worry about your grades, your major… nothing!
