I don’t know what to major in?
Hopefully you guys can help me out. I am currently in college on my freshman year majoring in electrical engineering, but I’m not sure if I should be majoring in that. I would like to work with electronic gadgets from mp3 players, handhelds consoles, tvs, game consoles to computers. I’m more of a hardware guy. I like to tinker around with stuff and also building it. I simply love and want to be on the latest on technology.

Our son had the same problem at a major university, loving the tech stuff and hating the other requirements Psychology, arts, writing, etc.
He took his degree in engineering technology and went right to work with a major company in NYC. Later joined R&D with a major computer company and went for a masters in Administration. Then he used that writing he had hated! Now he designs for people all over the world and has a staff of 14.
Don’t be in a hurry to decide. Go for the technology first if you have real trouble elsewhere.
A good basic college two years is a lifetime asset.

i would say computer information systems or information systems management. my step-bro is majoring in one of those things, i can’t remember which, but he loves all those things you mentioned. and he also has a great internship. look into those majors.
