I am currently a college sophomore. I have recently changed my major and my goals with that major and am trying to find a new school to transfer to.

Here is what i’m looking for:

mid-west / east coast

International relations major

Russian language minor

tuition 30000 or under

PLEASE HELP…I can’t do this alone!!!!!!!!!!!

the place i’m from public education isn’t magnificent so in case you prefer a reliable education you may attend to a private one. yet this somewhat relies upon, some public faculties are magnificent and a few are very undesirable, only as some inner maximum faculties are magnificent and others very undesirable.
