engineer or doctor?

i do know that doctors make WAY much more money than engineers do, but was just wondering the pros/cons of each and if doctors in their residency really don’t have much of a life. serious answers only please! =]

well i guess if i had to choose i would pick doctor. i wanna be a psycoligist. thats kinda like a doctor…i guess LOL:) have a happy day!

You can’t party all that much in med school or residency, but it doesn’t mean you have 0 life whatsoever.

Besides, residency is a short part of your life. If you write off being a doctor just because you might not have a bunch of fun for a few years, that’s incredibly short sighted and incredibly stupid.

Still, as a comparison, engineering isn’t easy either so neither will let you party all that much before actually working. If you’re worried about having a life, neither profession is good for you.

Where the **** have you been? The days where doctors make the big bucks are over. Especially if Hillary gets elected with her universal healthcare.
