Are there any good colleges in New York?
Im a junior in high school and i plan to go to college i need some advice on where to find NY state colleges. I want to be a high school health teacher. So far what i have looked at do not have those courses. i want to find colleges now so that i can research them and be ready my senior year and i feel confident going into the “new world”. I would like it if you caould point me in the right direction.who ever gives me the best answer wins

There are many great colleges in New York….it just depends on where in NY you’d like to live! There are fantastic colleges in the Buffalo area…look for SUNY colleges. There are great ones in Rochester & Syracuse….so many to choose from! It also depends on what you are going to college for that will decide which college is best for you. Good luck!!!

I’m not sure what colleges offer coursework specifically in health education. However, if you’re looking for NY state colleges that have good teaching programs, I would recommend either SUNY Albany, SUNY Binghamton or SUNY Cortland. The latter specializes in teaching and sports. The other two both have excellent education programs.
