Community college-Switching?
Is it possible to go to a 2 years community college and after that move to california and work for 1 year and after go to a University? Sorry i don’t know much about how colleges/Uni work. Since it takes a year to become a resident in another state to pay in-state tuition i was wondering if this would be possible. If it is would i start all over in the University? Meaning having to do 4 more years?

You described exactly the way the transfer works. You might want to double check the residency requirements for the California university, just to make sure that a years residency will qualify you for in-state tuition. A year sounds right, but you never know.
The other possible issue is that some of your classes *might* not transfer, but the year gap would have nothing to do with it. Typically, a gap of over 10 years is when you would have to worry about those things. After all, the university system is a business, and if you are not taking classes from them, they are losing out.

Yes you can switch junior college to junior college. Just make sure that you get all of the transcripts from both colleges when you are applying to university.
