Criminal justice would be the best. They actually teach you about police organizations and the like, whereas political science and pre-law do not. Poli sci and pre-law are a lot of theoretical junk whereas criminal justice is “real world” material that would be more useful to you. The criminal justice program at my school will also require you to take sociology and psychology classes on the side, so there’s no need to major in either.
