According to the UC System:
College courses can satisfy the visual and performing arts requirement if:
– The courses transfer to UC
– Are at least 3 semester (4 qtr.) units
– Fall within the four disciplines of the visual and performing arts
College courses will receive the honors weight
On-line VPA courses will not satisfy the requirement

So if your class from Fullerton is UC-transferable, at least 3 semester units, and is within the 4 disciplines (dance, drama/theater, music or visual art), you should be fine.

Every class you take and receive a grade for will appear on your transcript regardless if it relates to your major… So yes it will count towards your GPA
