Well the best college* for now is mainly going to be the one you want to go to. Although I do not know too much about astronomy it is not something you major in and are one after a bachelors. What you should be working on right now is an undergraduate degree with something to do with physics. Go to the best college you can really get into with the best rankings, although rankings shouldn’t be your main choice.. you should also take into consideration what you like about the school.. but astronomy is something that is going to take around 10 years because it is what you study as a phd level. first, its spelled college. second, go somewhere with a major in astronomy…..that will help u narrow down ur search because not everywhere has that as a major.
